It is designed for couples who want a professional to handle the complexities of logistics while they focus on the joy of the celebration.

Full Planning begins the moment you hire us (often 12–24 months before the wedding). We are involved in every decision, including aesthetic concepts and vendor selection. Month-of Coordination, by contrast, typically begins 4–8 weeks before the event to finalize existing plans. Full Planning provides a much higher level of support, oversight, and creative guidance throughout the entire process.

We offer a unique intersection of high-end floral artistry and meticulous event production. Our team is known for a "design-first" approach, ensuring that your wedding is not only logistically seamless but also visually breathtaking. We specialize in refined, modern aesthetics with a deep understanding of diverse cultural nuances, particularly "East meets West" sensibilities.

To ensure a stress-free experience, we utilize a multi-layered approach to communication:

• Strategic Meetings: Your package includes up to five in-depth virtual planning meetings to tackle major milestones (e.g., design deep-dives, vendor selection, and final walkthroughs).

• Daily Support: We are available for ongoing planning-related communication during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm). This ensures that your quick questions never go unanswered.

• The Roadmap: We develop and manage a comprehensive planning roadmap and digital checklist tailored to your specific timeline. This acts as our "single source of truth," keeping every task—from invitation deadlines to final fittings—organized and transparent.

Absolutely. Venue research and site reviews are a core part of our Full Planning service. We provide tailored recommendations based on your guest count, aesthetic preferences, and budget, and we assist in reviewing venue contracts to ensure there are no hidden costs.

Yes. We provide complete design direction, which includes creating a cohesive color palette, defining the spatial flow of the event, and selecting tabletop elements, linens, and rentals. Our goal is to create an immersive environment that reflects your personal story.

While many of our planning clients choose our in-house floral design for a seamless "one-team" experience, it is not a requirement. Our planning and floral departments operate independently. However, booking both ensures total aesthetic cohesion and streamlined communication.

We recommend vendors based on their quality of work, reliability, and how well they align with your style and budget. We have an extensive network of photographers, cinematographers, and entertainers, but we also love discovering new talent that fits your vision.

We are the first to arrive and the last to leave. We oversee the entire vendor load-in, manage the timeline to the minute, direct the ceremony and reception flow, and troubleshoot any behind-the-scenes issues so you and your family can remain fully present.

On-site coordination typically includes up to eight hours of coverage. Depending on the needs and flow of your wedding day, coverage can be adjusted to ensure all key moments are properly managed, from early preparations through end-of-night wrap-up.

Yes. We oversee the placement of approved personal items and light décor elements (such as place cards, menus, and photos) to ensure they are displayed exactly as planned.

Proactive troubleshooting is at the heart of what we do. We always establish a "Plan B" with the venue and vendors well in advance. If a situation arises on the day, we handle it discreetly and efficiently, often before the couple even realizes there was a hitch.

We are proudly based in New York City. We serve the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) as well as destinations like DC, Boston, West Coast and Nationwide. Travel fees may apply for venues outside of the immediate NYC area.

Our Full Planning services for 2026 typically start at $8,500. This fee reflects the professional expertise and hundreds of hours of labor dedicated to your event. A customized proposal is provided after our initial consultation.

Yes. We have extensive experience with multi-cultural celebrations and can assist with the unique logistical needs of multi-day itineraries, rehearsal dinners, and traditional ceremonies.

The first step is to book a complimentary initial consultation via Google Meet or Zoom. We will discuss your vision, guest count, and priorities. Following the call, we will send you a customized proposal. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, the planning begins!
