Our floral department provides ceremony installations, arches, chuppahs, aisle décor, centerpieces, elevated floral arrangements, personal flowers, statement design pieces, and customized floral experiences.

How do I inquire about availability for my wedding or event?

Please send an email to our booking address or use our online contact form. Include the proposed event date, venue name, estimated guest count, and a brief description of the event type (wedding, engagement, rehearsal dinner, etc.). Once we receive these details we will respond with our availability and initial guidance.

What areas do you serve?

We plan and design weddings throughout New York City, Long Island, Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Washington DC, Boston, Tristate and Nationwide. Our team also takes selective international projects upon request.

What makes Floraland unique compared to other wedding planners?

We combine high end floral artistry with editorial level event planning. Our team creates weddings that are design driven, emotionally grounded, culturally aware, and logistically precise. Every event is approached with boutique service, personalized design direction, and a commitment to storytelling. We are known for soft romantic palettes, fine art compositions, modern minimalist aesthetics, and refined East meets West design sensibilities.

Can we see example photos of your past weddings and floral designs?

Yes. A gallery of real weddings, styled shoots, and past floral designs is available on our website and Instagram. These examples can help you envision design direction and provide reference for your own event.

Do you offer both planning and floral services?

Couples may book our planning service or our floral design service independently, or combine the two based on their needs. Each service functions as a fully separate offering, and there is no requirement to book both. Many clients do choose a combined package for convenience and aesthetic cohesion, but planning only and floral only projects are equally welcome and fully supported.

What is your planning style?

We focus on clean timelines, prioritized checklists, proactive vendor communication, cultural sensitivity, and aesthetic alignment with the couple. Our style is warm, calm, precise, and solution oriented. We treat every wedding with the emotional importance it deserves.

Do you work with small weddings, elopements, and weekday events?

Yes. We accept micro weddings, elopements, and weekday ceremonies depending on availability. Minimums and pricing may vary for these events.

How much do your services cost?

Full planning generally starts from eight thousand depending on event size, complexity, and location. Partial planning usually ranges from three thousand to six thousand. Floral design begins at Seventy five hundred for weddings, with luxury designs exceeding twenty thousand depending on florals and scale. Exact proposals are customized after learning your vision, guest count, venue, and priorities.

How do you create a floral proposal?

We begin with your color palette preferences, inspiration images, venue layout, seasonality, and overall aesthetic direction. We curate a refined floral mood board, propose ceremony options, centerpiece variations, accent designs, candle styling, and repurposing opportunities. All pricing is itemized, transparent, and adjustable.

Do you allow floral repurposing?

Whenever possible, yes. Pedestal arrangements, aisle florals, low arrangements, and certain freestanding pieces can be repurposed to the reception. Arch and chuppah structures depend on design complexity but we will advise honestly to help you maximize your budget.

Do you work with all types of venues?

Yes. We design weddings in hotels, ballrooms, historic mansions, estates, gardens, rooftops, museums, lofts, private clubs, churches, vineyards, beach resorts, and tented outdoor spaces.

Do you provide destination wedding planning?

Yes. We plan weddings in Hawaii, Miami, Washington DC, Seattle, Boston, and other US destinations. We also have experience coordinating travel schedules, vendor flights, cargo shipments, rental logistics, and multi day itineraries.

Can you help us choose vendors?

Yes. We provide curated recommendations for photographers, videographers, DJs, lighting teams, rental companies, linen providers, makeup artists, transportation, officiants, and specialty entertainment. We only refer vendors we trust and whose work aligns with your vision.

What is your design signature?

Our floral aesthetic blends soft movement, airy shapes, refined color palettes, intentional negative space, organic lines, and thoughtful luxury. We specialize in cherry blossoms, garden roses, ranunculus, orchids, dancing blooms, moody palettes, pastel compositions, and architectural ceremony structures.

Can we schedule a consultation?

Yes. We offer complimentary initial consultations through Zoom or Google Meeting to learn about your event vision, date, venue, guest count, and design preferences. After the consultation, we prepare a customized proposal tailored to your needs.

How do payments work

Most planning services require a retainer at booking and balance payments. Floral services typically require a fifty percent non refundable deposit to reserve the date, with the balance due two to four weeks before the wedding. Payment details vary depending on your package and event location.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak season weddings are typically booked nine to eighteen months in advance. Floral only bookings are commonly secured six to twelve months in advance.
